I’m a sucker for packaging. I can’t help it. One of my favorite fragances is philosophy’s amazing grace. Besides being a lovely scent, philosophy also included the following text on it’s package. I remember it whenever I wear amazing grace. I want to share philosophy’s philosophy with you:

“how you climb up the mountain is just as important as how you get down the mountain. and so it is with life, which for many of us becomes one big gigantic test followed by one big gigantic lesson. in the end, it all comes down to one word. grace. it’s how you accept winning and losing, good luck and bad luck, the darkness and the light.”

My mantra. I tore the package apart and carry the front piece containing these words in my day minder. I just think it’s that important.
